Jennifer Lopez

JenniferJennifer has always wanted to be a multi-tasking superstar. As a child Jennifer was into a wide range of music styles, but she particularly loved Afro-Caribbean music like salsa, merengue and bachata. Also, she was a fan of mainstream music, like hip-hop , and R&B. Even though she loved films, music was also a fascination for her. West Side Story, a musical written by Rita Moreno (1961), was the most influential film for her. At 5, Jennifer began taking singing and dancing lessons. Jennifer is also an entertainer as well as a Catholic schoolgirl, was a student for eight years at Holy Family Catholic Elementary School located in The Bronx. After a 4 year period and graduation, she attended Preston High School, an all-girls preparatory school. Jennifer was a star athlete during her time at school, and was a champion in tennis and the track and field. It was the Castle Hill neighbourhood was her place of residence for the bulk of her time. When she was 18, Jennifer moved out of her parents' home. Lopez worked as a lawyer during this period, while taking night dancing classes.
